Pali, now part of the AI conversation 📒

An ancient language steps into the digital future as BHASHINI, through the Sanchalan/Seva Workshop on Pali Language Preservation and Digital AI Model Development held at the University of Delhi, in collaboration with the Department of Buddhist Studies. The initiative focused on strengthening Pali through AI-led efforts in digitisation, data, and linguistic development.

India’s diversity deserves technology that speaks every language.

BHASHINI - (Digital India BHASHINI Division) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the PFRDA- Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority under the BHASHINI Sahyogi Program to enhance multilingual outreach and make pension services more accessible to every citizen.

Through a voice first language translation platform, this collaboration aims to strengthen inclusion, improve financial awareness, and ensure seamless access to pension services across linguistic boundaries.

The MoU was signed by Ms Mamta Rohit, Executive Director, PFRDA and Mr Amitabh Nag, Chief Executive Officer, BHASHINI.

A step forward towards inclusive, accessible, and citizen first digital governance.

भारत के नियंत्रक एवं महालेखा परीक्षक की हिंदी गृह-पत्रिका ‘लेखापरीक्षा प्रकाश’ (जनवरी–जून 2025 अंक) में, BHASHINI के मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी, श्री अमिताभ नाग द्वारा भाषाई समावेशन के महत्व को रेखांकित किया गया है।
