From Shy Student to Confident Self
I studied in four different schools, and each chapter shaped who I am today:
→ Ayesha Siddiqua (L.K.G – 5th Grade): My first friends were Ariba and Zarrin. Leaving this school taught me that change is part of growth.
→ Jamia Rahmania (3rd – 5th Grade): I met Warqa, Kahkasha, Ummara, and Iram. New friends, new experiences, and learning to adapt.
→ Ahya us Sunnah (6th – 10th Grade): My friends Almiza, Neha, Shakra, Aleena, and Tehmeena, along with my favorite ma’am, helped me overcome shyness.
→ City Montessori Girls Inter College (11th - 12th Grade): With peers like Ayesha Shaheen, Hoor e Laiba Sahiba, Manail, Ali Bhai, Muhammad Ilyas, Niklas, Farooq Khan, Anoosha, Noor Ullah, and Rida Sheikh, I learned confidence, leadership, and pride in my identity.
Looking back, being Pakistani, moving through different schools, and meeting such amazing people helped me grow from a shy student into a confident individual.
✓ Every friendship taught me something
✓ Every challenge built resilience
✓ Every mentor guided me toward confidence
I am grateful for every person and every experience that shaped me. Today, I am proud of how far I’ve come and excited for what’s ahead.
P.S. Growth often comes from change and new connections.
P.P.S. Cherish the people who help you become your best self.
