A teacher becomes stronger when she accepts her own classroom with responsibility, patience, and commitment, instead of comparing it with someone else’s classroom.
This Is My Class
Every teacher may sometimes feel that another class is better, another school has better resources, another teacher has easier children, or another environment is more supportive.
But the teacher’s real work begins with acceptance:
“This is my class. These are my children. This is my responsibility.”
