Punjab Angels Network in collaboration with Ideabaaz, aimed at identifying and promoting promising emerging businesses and entrepreneurs. The initiative was organized under the leadership of Mr. Sahil Makkar, Chairman & CEO, Punjab Angels Network, and Mr. Mudit Kumar, Co-Founder, Ideabaaz, with technology infrastructure and AI-enabled evaluation support powered by VrozartX led by Mr. Ankur Dinesh Garg.

The journey began with a nationwide startup application drive, followed by AI-powered screening that shortlisted the Top 50 startups. After further jury evaluation through online meetings, the Top 10 startups advanced to the final live pitching round held at Hyatt Centric Sector 17, Chandigarh, on August 21.

*Following the final pitches, the jury selected:*

- 1st Place — Fresh Feet
- 2nd Place — Amar Shila – Mishti Katha
- 3rd Place — Lino Bud

The Top 3 startups will now represent the initiative at Ideabaaz Startup Fest 2026, taking place from August 26–30 at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, with each startup receiving a sponsored exhibition stall to showcase its venture and connect with investors and industry stakeholders.

The Road to Ideabaaz initiative thus provided a structured pathway from application and AI screening to jury evaluation and live pitching, culminating in a national platform for the selected startups.
