We did a small illustration (of a postbox) for the project by Sangeeta Rana and also drew on two inland letters (showcasing one for now) for the intervention. It was a lot of fun thinking, story-boarding and drawing this tiny story. Check out more stories/messages shared by other people through this intervention.

We recently designed some communication material for the Tata Trust's Parag initiative for their annual Big Little Book Award.

Taking a cue from the previous elements of abstract leaves and flowers, the plan was to illustrate a jungle-like scene with different animals in the foreground performing different actions. For example, the elephant is trumpeting the news of BLBA being back, an albatross carrying a letter in the emailer and so on. Initially, we thought of keeping the forest background as a constant throughout this year's creatives with the animals and their actions changing in the foreground but eventually veered a bit to show just the sky when there was a bird flying in the foreground.

The recipes for mental peace, better time management and so on are up as glass runners at the Hero Future Energies cafeteria. Work is still on in the cafeteria and we are looking forward to designing for the other floors of the new office space.

We recently designed this flyer for a play organised by Pro Helvetia New Delhi - Swiss Arts Council in Delhi and Thrissur. The title of the play was custom designed with the Pro Helvetia house font inspired by the premise of the play. The format of the flyer was such that it incorporated two postcards that could be torn out and mailed.

Women spend around six to seven years of their lives menstruating. Yet the importance of menstrual hygiene management is mostly neglected and other superstitions take centre-stage. Menstrual hygiene is a topic that many women are uncomfortable discussing in public. This is compounded by gender inequality, which excludes women and girls from decision-making processes and prevalence of taboos that seek to restrict women and girls from managing their menstruation safely in a supportive and healthy environment.

Watch the video and help us spread the word. Emotions like hesitation, shame and guilt should be completely eliminated with respect to menstruation, and it is a good day to start as today is

We have a wonderful project, a great feedback and a super awesome photo to share.

This interactive poster (part of a series) meant for children puts forth questions related to the benefits of trees for people, wildlife and the environment. The questions are written on the back of each poster strategically placed behind various elements on the front, which can be popped out making it a playful exercise to be conducted in classrooms. The kids are supposed to find the answers to the questions (and hopefully ask more questions) helping them retain the information longer.

The client just emailed a photo along with these lines:
"The poster Plant more trees is a great hit and we are extensively using in our extension programs. Here is a photograph celebrating your illustration. Is is also used in our international calendar cm planner 2015. Thank you very much."

We guess this is what happens when you work for issues close to your heart. They reach where you want to. The high mountains :)

The poster is part of Forest-PLUS programme which is supported by USAID, and works in close collaboration with the Government of India’s Ministry of Environment and Forests, towards reducing tropical deforestation and forest degradation.
