We are seeking a full-time, remote Ecommerce Specialist to drive and optimize our clients' online sales channels. In this role, you will manage e-commerce platforms, analyze performance metrics, and implement data-driven strategies to increase revenue. Daily tasks include overseeing product catalog management, coordinating with teams to ensure seamless user experiences, and maintaining updated knowledge of online retail trends. You will also engage with customers to enhance satisfaction and support sales initiatives that align with client goals.

Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret data and optimize performance
Exceptional Customer Service and Communication abilities to engage effectively with clients and customers
Experience in creating and implementing sales strategies

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Knowledge of industry trends and emerging e-commerce technologies
