I watched a CISO with 20 years of experience fail CISSP.

Then I watched a 25-year-old with 2 years of experience pass on the first try.

Here's the difference (and why experience doesn't matter as much as you think):

The CISO answered like a technician.

Let me show you what I mean with a real question type:

Scenario:
"Your company suffers a data breach. Forensic analysis will take 3 days. The PR team wants to announce it now. Legal says wait. What do you do first?"
❌ The CISO chose: "Begin forensic analysis immediately"
(Technical. Logical. Wrong.)

✅ The junior chose: "Consult the incident response plan and escalate to executive leadership"
(Manager mindset. Process-driven. Correct.)
