Ten years ago, I chose to leave a secure job to build something that felt profoundly mine.
I started on my own, with a clear vision and just a few tools: a guest room turned into a studio, a computer, and the belief that detail could become its own language.
There were challenging moments, as in every new beginning.
And there was also a moment when everything stopped: the pandemic, which put the entire events industry on pause
I observed, rethought, adapted.
And I started again.
Somewhere along that journey, I became a mother.
I learned that leadership can be gentle, and that care is a form of strength.
That leading means giving space, trust, and direction.
Today, I am no longer alone.
Around IuMi, there is a team of people who share sensitivity, care, and ambition.
Their vision, their precision, and their ability to turn ideas into reality are a fundamental part of what we have become.
Without them, none of this would be possible.
In ten years, we have changed studios three times.
And now we’re about to move into a new one: a space we dreamed of, designed, and brought to life.
A space that tells the story of this journey.
Ten years are an important milestone, but not an ending.
There are new projects, new stories, and the same spirit as when everything began.
And we can’t wait to continue them, together.
