Requirements
- Experience and technological training
- Degree or Associate Degree in Business or Management with Information Technology.
- Experience of 3 or more years in sales.
- Basic knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Marketing and sales.
- Management of sales tools (CRM, reports, quotes, budgets and projections).
- Skills: organization, effective presentations, verbal and written communication.
- Reliable Motor Vehicle in good condition.
- Availability to travel within the country.
Personal attributes
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Self-motivated.
- Experience in sales negotiation and sales reporting
- Excellent organizational skills and time management skills are essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently but function well in a team environment.
Responsibilities and duties including, but not limited to
- Proactively acquiring New Business Prospects.
- Build strong relationships with Vendors and clients to ensure their needs are met.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through regular communication and follow-up.
- Identify new sales opportunities and upsell to existing accounts .
- Proactively keeping up to date with the latest Software technologies from Vendors.
- Ability to achieve sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis.
- Collaborate with other members of the sales team and other departments to ensure that sales and customer service goals and objectives are met
