於香港土生土長的平面設計師。曾任職設計公司、製作公司、廣告公司、唱片公司等。從文字到圖像、從照片到影片、從平面到立體無一不歡。對文字非常執著、天生缺乏幽默感、不苟言笑、被說是態度過份認真。
認為設計與藝術雖互為表裡，但卻又不可混為一談。從認識設計開始，就認為設計是用著自己的技藝、創意造出他人喜歡的作品，如果自己也喜歡的話，這是一種額外的獎勵；而藝術雖然亦是用著自己的技藝創作，但那是一種自我滿足多於滿足他人的作品，如果其他人也喜歡，那才是額外的獎勵。
而我就是個在設計與藝術中左顧右盼的那個影子。
A Graphic Designer born and raised in Hong Kong. From word to image, photography to videography, two dimensions to three dimensions, he has done i
t all. He is obsessed on words, lacking in humor, having unsmiling face, always end up with comments for being “too serious”. Although art and design could interact with each other, they cannot be mixed together. From day one of learning design, he realizes that design is using one’s skills and creativity to build a work that would fulfill someone else’s need, if the creator happens to be fond of it, that would be a plus; on the other hand, art is also using one’s skills to create work, but is more about self-fulfillment rather than pleasing someone, if other people happen to appreciate the work, that would be the real bonus. And, he is the ghost flying back and forth between art and design.
