[📢 We’ll be exhibiting and giving a pitch at ‘SEMICON Taiwan’!]

TopoLogic has confirmed its participation in SEMICON Taiwan, which will be held in Taipei for five days from 31 August.

The exhibition will run from 2 to 4 September, and we will be showcasing our next-generation memory, ‘TL-RAM’, as the centrepiece of our stand.
Furthermore, on 3 September at 14:30, our CEO, Mr Sato, will take to the pitch stage as a speaker for a 10-minute presentation.

TL-RAM possesses the following features and is a memory technology capable of solving the major problem of rapidly increasing power consumption caused by the recent proliferation of AI, whilst offering both energy efficiency and low cost.

① More than quadruples cache memory capacity
② Dramatically improves the parallel processing capabilities of GPUs and SoCs
③ Enables processors capable of handling larger-scale, higher-performance AI models

TopoLogic at TMRC 2026!

On August 4, our Memory Division Head, Tatsuya Kishi, was invited to speak at TMRC 2026 (The Magnetic Recording Conference) at UC San Diego.

His presentation, "CMOS-compatible 512kb SOT-MRAM with topological material (TL-RAM)," introduced our latest research and development of TL-RAM.

We are honored to have presented our technology at this prestigious conference, marking the 70th anniversary of magnetic recording.

【📢「TMRC 2026」に登壇しました！】

8月4日、カリフォルニア大学サンディエゴ校で開催された「TMRC 2026（The Magnetic Recording Conference）」にTopoLogicメモリ事業部長の岸が招待講演者（Invited Speaker）として登壇いたしました。

【📢「U20 科学技術スタートアップ合宿」で、灘中学校・高等学校の皆様をお迎えしました！】

7月29日（水）、TopoLogic株式会社は、灘中学校・灘高等学校が実施する「U20 科学技術スタートアップ合宿」の一環として、参加者の皆様をお迎えしました。
来訪されたのは、中学3年生から高校3年生までの生徒の皆様、OBの大学生や教員の皆様、そしてコーディネーターを務めるOBの方々です。

当日はまず、弊社の知財法務部長であり灘中学校・灘高等学校OBの弁理士・澤井より、TopoLogic創業の経緯や、東京大学発スタートアップとして研究成果を社会実装へつなげる取り組み、ディープテックスタートアップにおける知的財産の重要性についてご紹介しました。
続いて、東京大学 中辻研究室にご案内し、最先端の研究現場において、研究成果がどのように実用化へと発展していくのかについて認識を深めていただきました。

その後1時間にわたり、参加者の皆様と中辻先生による質疑応答が行われ、トポロジカル物質の研究開発やスタートアップの起業、日本と海外の大学の環境の違いなど、ディープテックスタートアップに関する様々な質問が飛び交いました。

研究室で生まれた技術が製品となり、社会課題の解決を目指していくプロセスについて、実物に触れつつ、最先端の研究と起業の両立を実現した中辻先生と議論を交わしながら学んでいただく貴重な機会となったのではないでしょうか。

TopoLogicは今後も、次世代を担う若い世代の皆様との交流を通じて、科学技術やディープテックへの知見を広げる活動に積極的に取り組んでまいります。

[Celebrating Our 5th Anniversary 🎉]

On 15 July, TopoLogic celebrated its 5th anniversary.
We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for the warm support we have received from everyone, which has enabled us to reach this milestone.

On the day, our team gathered together to reflect on our journey so far through a video retrospective and to experience our heat flux sensors—which have evolved significantly since our founding—allowing us to truly appreciate TopoLogic’s growth.

We will continue to embrace new challenges and strive for even greater achievements. We look forward to your continued support.
