We have efficiency rate from various Korean mobile advertising companies done with Korea's one of biggest E-commerce (their mobile budget is $500k).
The data from below is measured through the client's tool. This is very accurate.
1-1 Client E-Commerce
advertiser(% is conversion rate)
Onnuri DMC CrossTarget: 1.8%
Company A: 0.2 % Company B: 0.3%
Company C: 0.3 % Company D : 0.5%
Company E: 0.1 % Company F: 0.1%
Company G: 1.2 %
Company H's push retargeting: 0.2%
Company H non-targeting: 0.5% (better than their retargeting product)
Company I: 0.2% Company J: 0.8%
(CrossTarget's avergae is about 1.5~2.5% and it's different when there is deep link. Downloads and purchase conversion is included)
**Deep link: When the user has the advertiser's app, the app is opened.
We were able to show the ads to the users without additional click and the users will land on Google Play or webpage if they do not have app.
If the conversion is efficient if it is over 1% and it could be said it is more efficient than PC DA advertising.
Cost per click varies. However, our cost was highest out of the 8 companies.
As for company G, the reason they have 1.2% conversion is because their click cost is about 10 times lower than our price and that is why their ROI is high.
We proved our efficiency with numbers and we are partnering with core advertising companies and integrating with them for 4 months across US.
We are 20 times more efficient, which means if the inventories are same price, we make them 20 times more valuable and give our advertisers 20 times more efficiency.
This is proved by numbers, like I said, so it will be easy to understand.
Current advertising market is fixed but by 2019, the mobile advertising market will increase to 4 times. By moving fast we will be in the market faster because it would be 'first come first serve'. Even if other companies come out with similar product, they will have to take time to collect their data.
Thank you.
