Wake up my body! Spring has come to us. What was your resolution for this year? Mine were to work out twice a week and lose 10 pounds weight. The more resolution is specific, the more chance we can keep it. I thnik it’s time to check up ourselves and our resolutions. Keep your motivation just like this January. 😊

This winter had unusually unpredictable weather. Some regions had much snow and others had weirdly warm winter. Earth must be suffering from our single-use of resources. Why don’t we recycle more and use our own multi-use bottles? Our small change could be really helpful for our kids as a great legacy.
