DevGriffins is hiring a Short Form Video Editor (Intern). If you're the kind of person who rewatches a reel three times just to figure out why the cut landed, who hears the beat drop before the timeline does, and who genuinely cares whether a hook holds someone for three more seconds, we should talk.
You don't need years of experience. You need taste, obsession, and the willingness to be coached hard. We'll handle the rest.
What you'll actually do: cut short form content for real brands across Sri Lanka and beyond, sit inside the strategy instead of just receiving briefs, and build a reel that opens doors long after this internship ends.
