At IDER Solutions, a forward-thinking digital solutions provider, we're seeking an SEO, AEO & GEO Expert who can boost visibility across traditional search engines, answer engines, and AI-powered platforms, drive organic growth, and turn data into strategy.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Review writer-produced SEO content in depth and collaborate with writers to refine it into top-ranked content across traditional search engines and AI-driven results.
✅ Develop and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
✅ Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent mapping.
✅ Perform technical SEO audits and resolve site issues (crawlability, indexing, site speed, Core Web Vitals).
✅ Optimize content for answer engines (AEO), targeting featured snippets, "People Also Ask" boxes, and voice search results.
✅ Optimize content for generative engines (GEO) so it surfaces in AI-driven results like Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini.
✅ Build and manage effective link-building and internal linking strategies.
✅ Optimize website content, structure, metadata, and schema markup for search and AI visibility.
✅ Track, analyze, and report on organic performance across search, answer, and generative channels using analytics tools.
✅ Stay current with search engine algorithm updates, AI search trends, and best practices.

🎯 Requirements:

🔹 Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, SEO Analyst, or similar role.
🔹 Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
🔹 Understanding of AEO and GEO principles and how AI answer engines surface and cite content.
🔹 Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Docs, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
🔹 Experience with WordPress and content management systems.
🔹 Solid understanding of keyword research, search intent, and content optimization.
🔹 Familiarity with structured data and schema markup.
🔹 Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
🔹 Available for online meetings and remote collaboration.

⭐ Preferred Skills:

🔸 Hands-on experience with AI-assisted SEO and content tools.
🔸 Experience optimizing content specifically for AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, or similar generative platforms.
🔸 Basic understanding of HTML and site structure.
🔸 Experience with CRM tools such as Zoho is an added advantage.
