𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗠𝗩𝗣 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁. 𝗜𝘁 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴.

One of the biggest mistakes founders make is trying to build the “complete” product before putting it in front of real users.

More features.
More testing.
More time.
More cost.

And sometimes, by the time the product is ready, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗮𝗹𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗱.

An MVP is not the final destination.

It’s a 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:

𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 → 𝗚𝗲𝘁 𝗙𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 → 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻 → 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲 → 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄

The goal isn’t to prove that your idea is perfect.

The goal is to discover 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱.

As founders, we should optimize for 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.

𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀. 𝗟𝗮𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗵 𝘀𝗼𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗿. 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻 𝗳𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿.

Save this post if you're building your next product.

𝟯 𝗬𝗘𝗔𝗥𝗦 𝗢𝗙 𝗕𝗨𝗜𝗟𝗗𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧'𝗦 𝗡𝗘𝗫𝗧.

Today, NextGen Innovations celebrates 𝟯 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀.

What started as a vision in Jaffna has grown into a technology company building digital products, software and solutions for ambitious businesses.

Over these three years, we've built products, worked with incredible people, partnered with great businesses, and constantly pushed ourselves to build better.

And this is only the beginning.

We're entering our next chapter with bigger ideas, stronger capabilities and an even greater ambition:

𝗧𝗼 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗝𝗮𝗳𝗳𝗻𝗮 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of the NextGen journey so far.

𝟯 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻.
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘄.

Happy 3rd Anniversary, NextGen Innovations.
