Liberia produces about 1.5 million kilograms of waste every day. 🇱🇷
That’s 36,000 garbage trucks a year. Parked bumper to bumper, they would stretch from Monrovia to Yekepa. Most of our plastic ends up in our streets, drains, wetlands and the ocean, and it blocks drains and causes floods.
One plastic bag feels harmless. Millions of kilograms are not.
Be the break in the chain. Don’t drop it. ♻️
