Last week, our CEO visited subsidiaries to meet with the teams driving NETIS Group’s ambition forward every day. At the Africa CEO Forum 2026, the panel “Digital Infrastructure: Building a Sovereign African Digital Backbone” focused on a key priority: accelerating the deployment of resilient, interconnected infrastructure to support Africa’s digital and economic transformation.

Representing NETIS Group, our CEO Alykhan Kassam shared a clear operational perspective from the countries. He structured his intervention around four pillars:

— infrastructure adapted to Africa’s scale and realities
— ensuring network reliability through resilient power systems
— enabling scalable connectivity and digital growth
— investing in African talent to build, operate and lead the continent’s digital future

“Africa’s digital future must increasingly be built by Africans, for Africans.”

A message that reflects Group’s position: enabling, at scale, the deployment and long-term operation of telecom and energy infrastructure across the continent.

An Evening Where Meets
Last night, our Group Ramadan ftour was more than a moment of togetherness. It became a space for meaningful exchange, reflection, and shared perspectives.
As part of ’ ongoing initiatives around International Women’s Day, and our broader commitment to advancing women’s roles within the company, we had the honor of welcoming Najat Vallaud-Belkacem, former Minister for Women’s Rights and Minister of Education in France, now actively engaged in promoting education and equality.
She delivered an inspiring talk, drawing from her journey and her continued commitment to education, equal opportunities, and public engagement.

Throughout the evening, rich, open, and thoughtful conversations unfolded between our guest and our teams, highlighting the importance of creating spaces where dialogue can truly thrive.
