ChatGPT Prompts for Automation

Original post:
__________

I don’t understand why people are still not using AI for automation.

It can help you 10x your workflow.

I’m not talking about flashy use cases or futuristic hype.

I’m talking about actual day-to-day tasks you’re still doing manually.

Here are 9 that AI can now automate faster, cheaper, and better:

✅ Email Writing
Give it your topic, tone, and audience. Get a clean, engaging draft instantly.

✅ Market Research
Trends, competitors, gaps—summarized into strategic insights while you sip your coffee.

✅ Content Creation
Say goodbye to generic posts. Use storytelling, examples, and a human tone—automated.

✅ Data Analysis
Drop in your data. Get clear takeaways, trends, and charts even your boss can understand.

✅ Product Description Writing
Describe the product. Get persuasive, emotionally compelling copy in your brand voice.

✅ Education & Learning
Complex idea? AI turns it into digestible chunks with examples and analogies.

✅ Script Writing
Want a viral video? Use AI to write high-energy scripts with structure and CTA.

✅ Management Advice
From leadership to productivity—AI gives you best practices tailored to your context.

✅ Idea Generation
Brainstorming stuck? Use SCAMPER, mind mapping, and other tools—all through a single prompt.

(The prompt 1 and 3 - Email writing and Content creation are the same for a reason. They both bring great content for newsletters and also other content like social media posts etc)

You don’t need more time.
You need better tools.

Which one will you try first?
Let’s hear it below.

Hey LinkedIn Family 👋
A JavaScript/React lesson that improved how I manage state:
🚀 Choosing the right tool matters: Context API vs Redux Toolkit vs Zustand
Earlier, I thought one solution should handle everything.
Now I choose based on project size and complexity.
1️⃣ Context API
Best for:
✅ Theme
✅ Auth user info
✅ Language settings
✅ Small global state
const ThemeContext = createContext();
Use when state is simple and doesn’t change frequently.
2️⃣ Redux Toolkit
Best for:
✅ Large apps
✅ Complex business logic
✅ Async APIs
✅ Predictable state updates
const store = configureStore({
reducer: {
user: userReducer,
},
});
Great for scalable production apps.
3️⃣ Zustand
Best for:
✅ Medium apps
✅ Cleaner syntax
✅ Fast setup
✅ Less boilerplate
const useStore = create((set) => ({
count: 0,
inc: () => set((state) => ({ count: state.count + 1 })),
}));
Simple and powerful.
My Rule of Thumb 👇
📌 Small app → Context
📌 Medium app → Zustand
📌 Large scalable app → Redux Toolkit
Biggest Lesson:
The best state management tool is not the most popular one…

It’s the one that matches your project needs.
What do you prefer using these days? 👇

Most Angular developers know HTTP Interceptors…
but don’t realize how much time they’re wasting without them.

I used to repeat the same logic in multiple API calls —
auth tokens, error handling, loaders… again and again.

It worked. But it wasn’t scalable.

Then I moved everything into interceptors.

One place. Full control. Cleaner architecture.

In one of my projects, this reduced duplicate API logic significantly and made the codebase much easier to maintain.

👉 If your API handling is scattered, your architecture is already slowing you down.

I ranked 32 Claude features based on my daily use.

Here's my 2026 tier list (and what to skip):

I wrote the full breakdown of all 32.

Lives up to the hype

★★★★★ Claude Code: the foundation
★★★★★ Skills: build once, invoke anywhere
★★★★★ Connectors: wire Notion, GitHub, Gmail
★★★★ Sub-agents: parallel workers, low cost
★★★★ Cowork: runs your tools end-to-end
★★★★ Agent teams: specialists in sequence
★★★★ Claude Routines: set once, runs on schedule
★★★ Claude Design: burns usage fast though

Quiet workhorses

★★★★★ CLAUDE md: rules once, quality jumps
★★★★★ Slash commands: /plan, /ship, /today
★★★★★ Plan mode: aligns Claude before you build
★★★★ Memory: recalls context, no re-pasting
★★★★ Projects: one workspace, files stay loaded
★★★★ Interactive Questions: clickable answers
★★★★ Auto Mode: stops the approve/deny loop
★★★ Live Artifacts: underrated, try it

Overhyped

★★★ Claude in Chrome: reads any page you browse
★★★ Deep Research: big reports, burns tokens
★★★ Artifacts: HTML, docs, code in chat
★★★ Adaptive thinking: hard reasoning toggle
★★ Computer Use: slow and brittle for now
★★ Voice mode: thinking aloud only
★★ Dispatch: mobile Cowork, never open it
★★ Remote Control: Telegram is simpler

Forgotten

★★★ Custom rules: replaced by Memory now
★★ Web Search: quick, Perplexity beats it
★★ Hooks: powerful but rarely needed
★★ Plugins: marketplace is thin so far
★★ Interactive Charts: visualise anything
★★ Scheduled tasks: run reports overnight
★ Output styles: a real skill always wins
★ Excel + PPT: I don't live in Office

The real advantage sits in the top half.

Save this.

Repost ♻️ to help someone in your network.

P.S. This is my ranking. Yours will be different.
Here's what I actually use in Claude and how.

Top AI Tools for Work

Original post:
__________

I used to think AI tools were just hype… until I started using them in my daily work.

Now honestly, I can’t imagine working without them.
These tools help me brainstorm ideas, build websites, write content, automate tasks, create visuals, and even generate videos in minutes.

So I decided to put together a simple AI cheat sheet of the tools I personally find most useful for work.

From idea generation with ChatGPT and Claude,
to building websites using 10Web .io and Framer,
and automating workflows with Zapier and Make — these tools can seriously level up your productivity.

Need content? Tools like Jasper AI and Writesonic help you write faster.
Need visuals? Midjourney, DALL‑E, and Stable Diffusion make it effortless.
Need videos? Synthesia and Runway have you covered.

The truth is simple:
AI isn’t replacing people… but people who use AI effectively will replace those who don’t.

This list is just a starting point.
If you’re building, creating, or growing in 2026 — these tools can save you hours every week.

Save this for your next build and REPOST 🔄 to help your network build better AI!

And tell me in the comments which AI tool do you use the most? 👇

Most people spend months using Claude…

Still stuck at “Chat”.

Here’s a 7-day shift that actually works 👇

Day 1–2 → Stop using it like a chatbot
Chat = answers
Projects = context
Cowork = ex*****on

If you’re only using Chat, you’re using the lowest-leverage layer.
---
Day 2–3 → Build your Claude OS
Create structure:
• ABOUT ME (your context)
• PROJECTS (ongoing work)
• TEMPLATES (repeatable formats)
• OUTPUTS (final deliverables)

Random prompting → becomes a system.
---
Day 3–4 → Replace prompts with files
Stop starting from scratch every time.

Two files > 50 prompts:
• about-me .md
• writing-style .md

Consistency beats creativity.
---
Day 4–5 → Let Claude think
Don’t just ask.

• Let it generate options
• Let it prioritize
• Let it plan ex*****on

You move from operator → decision-maker.
---
Day 5–6 → Connect real tools
Google Docs. Slack. Notion.

Now Claude works inside your workflow, not outside it.
---
Day 6–7 → Automate
• Schedule tasks
• Run workflows
• Wake up to completed work

That’s the shift:
From “using AI” → to running a system
---
Most people won’t do this.
They’ll stay in chat mode.

The ones who do?
They’ll 10x ex*****on.

The Claude Skills Cheatsheet

Original post:

__________

Claude skills flipped the switch.
Agents can learn without long prompts.

If you're still stuffing workflows with long prompts, you've seen this:
❌Missed steps in complex flows
❌Confused task purposes
❌Lost context in boilerplate data

Agent Skills fix this.

Teach Claude your workflows with one markdown file.
No SDKs. No API keys. Just:

"Create a skill for [X]."
Claude writes it. You upload it. Done.

Then watch workflows run themselves.
Claude knows when to activate each skill.

Why this rewires AI workflows:
✅On-demand expertise
→ Loads only what's needed, when needed

✅Dynamic & modular
→ Skills stack to handle cross-domain tasks

✅Zero setup
→ No code, yet fully extensible

✅Versionable intelligence
→ Markdown + YAML = trackable & rollback-ready

It's not prompt engineering.
It's structured, reusable knowledge on demand.

Claude Skills may define how orgs scale with AI.

Claude has features most have never opened.

Here's what each one actually does 👇

The people getting real leverage out of Claude,
Are running features most have never touched.

Here's every Claude feature you need and how to use it 👇

🖥️ CLAUDE CHAT

→ How to use: Claude Desktop, then Cowork tab, then point at a folder.

Scheduled Tasks
→ What it does: Recurring prompts that run on autopilot.
→ Use case: Wake up every Monday to a full breakdown of what worked.
→ How to use: Customise, Tasks, then write your prompt and set your schedule.

⌨️ CLAUDE CODE
Available in your terminal or as a VS Code extension.

CLAUDE.md
→ What it does: A standing brief that loads automatically.
→ Use case: Write your brand rules once, and then Claude always reads them.
→ How to use: Run it in your project folder, and edit the file to add rules.

Code Skills
→ What it does: One command runs an entire end-to-end workflow.
→ Use case: Build a Skill that turns a raw transcript into a post.
→ How to use: Type "Write a Skill for this workflow" after a session.

That's every Claude feature you actually need.
Most people are using 3 or 4 of these at most.

Those getting leverage are running all 3 categories as one connected system.
That's what Claude OS is built for:

✅ Original frameworks like the S-O-L-V-E method.
✅ A Google Doc you can copy, personalise, and use from day one.
✅ Drop-in prompts across every stage of your content and lead gen strategy.

💾 Save this and open it every time you use Claude.

You prompt like it’s 2022.

follow for more insightful content.

👇 If this helped, share it with someone who needs it.

You prompt like it’s 2022.

Here’s how to go deeper instead:

Level 1: Surface Prompts

- Zero-shot: Just ask and hope for the best.
- One-shot: Give one example, get a little better.
- Few-shot: Give a couple of examples, see some improvement.
- Simple tasks: Summarize, rewrite, brainstorm, explain like I’m 5.

This is where most stop. It’s fast, but shallow.
You get generic answers, not expert work.

Level 2: Real Work Zone

- Assign a role: Tell the AI who to be.
- Specify tone and style: Set the voice.
- Plan → Act → Summarize: Guide the process.
- Set the task: Be exact about what you want.
- Add stop conditions: Set limits and boundaries.
- Give context: Share background, constraints, and audience.
- Use temporary chats: Use ChatGPT without its memory of you.
- Set output format: Bullets, tables, or custom.
- Tool policy: Decide if browsing is on or off.
- Show examples of good outputs: Set the bar.
- Manage memory: Keep projects organized.

This is where the quality jumps.
You get focused, and useful results.

Level 3: Where the Magic Happens

- Choose the right model: Pick the best tool for the job.
- Thinking vs Fast: Decide if you want deep or quick answers.
- Reasoning instructions: Tell the AI to think step by step.
- Chain-of-Thought: Guide the logic, not just the output.
- Iteration loop: Feedback, revision, and final polish.
- Problem-solving: Focus on the 20% that gets 80% of results.
- Combine role, context, examples, and iteration for expert-level work.

The deeper you go, the better your results.
