Digital Detox. It's not about putting your phone down for a few hours, it's learning to be less dependant on it. Since the invention of smartphones , parents have documented every moment, shared with friends and family, and enjoyed the ability to record memories so easily. That's not a bad thing, it has enriched all our lives. But not everything has to be recorded. Maybe one photo per event rather than dozens and 5 videos as well. We enjoy the blurry photos of the 80's where someone always has their eyes shut as much, if not more, than the perfect xmas pyjama photo of the past decade.
