💻 Asus Laptop တွေမှာ မကြာခဏတွေ့ရတတ်တဲ့ White Screen Error ကို ဘယ်လိုဖြေရှင်းမလဲ? 🛠️

ဒီ Video လေးမှာတော့ မှန်မကောင်းတဲ့ Error နဲ့ ဆင်တူပေမယ့် တကယ်တမ်း LCDVDD Volt မမှန်တဲ့ ပြဿနာကို အသေးစိတ် တိုင်းတာပြီး ဖြေရှင်းပြထားပါတယ်။

🔍 အဓိကပြဿနာက ဘာလဲ?
Motherboard ကို စစ်ဆေးကြည့်လိုက်တဲ့အခါမှာ P-Channel MOSFET (Q23) လေးရဲ့ Source နဲ့ Gate ကြားမှာ Leak ဖြစ်နေတာကို တွေ့ရပါတယ်။ အဲ့ဒီ MOSFET လေးကို အသစ်လဲလှယ်ပေးလိုက်တဲ့အခါမှာတော့ ပုံမှန်အတိုင်း White Screen Error ပျောက်သွားပြီး ပြန်လည်ကောင်းမွန်သွားပါပြီ။ 💯

💻 Laptop မီးမဝင်တဲ့ ပြဿနာတွေထဲက ခေါင်းခဲရတဲ့ ACDET Error အကြောင်း 🔧

Laptop Motherboard တွေမှာ First FET ကနေ 20V ဝင်ခွင့်မရဘဲ မီးမဝင်တဲ့ ပြဿနာကို ကြုံဖူးကြပါသလား?

ဒီ Video လေးမှာတော့ BQ24725A (BQ25A) Charging IC မှာ အဖြစ်များတတ်တဲ့ ACDET pin ဗို့အားမပြည့်တဲ့ ပြဿနာကို အသေးစိတ် စစ်ဆေးပြီး လက်တွေ့ ဖြေရှင်းပြထားပါတယ်။ မူလက ACDET မှာ 2.5V သာ ရှိနေတဲ့အတွက် 20V ဖြတ်မပေးတဲ့ ပြဿနာဖြစ်နေတာပါ။

🛠️ ဘယ်လို ဖြေရှင်းခဲ့လဲ?
Voltage Divider တွက်ချက်မှုတွေအရ Resistor အဟောင်းတွေကို ဖြုတ်ပြီး -

R1 နေရာမှာ 390K

R2 နေရာမှာ 68K ကို ပြောင်းလဲတပ်ဆင်ပေးလိုက်ပါတယ်။ အဲဒီအခါမှာတော့ ACDET အတွက် လိုအပ်တဲ့ 2.89V ပြန်လည်ရရှိသွားပြီး 20V ပုံမှန် ပြန်ဖြတ်သွားတာကို တွေ့မြင်ရမှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

Memory Voltage ပြဿနာကြောင့် No Power စက်မနိုးတဲ့ Laptop ကို ဆက်လက် ပြင်ဆင်ကြည့်ရအောင် (အပိုင်း - ၂) 🔧💻

ဒီဗီဒီယိုမှာတော့ Memory Coil မှာ 0.2V ပဲ ထွက်နေတဲ့ ပြဿနာကို Diagram လေးတွေနဲ့ သေချာ ရှင်းပြထားပါတယ်။ Resistor (10K ကို 8K နဲ့) အစားထိုးပြီး ပြင်ဆင်ပုံအပြင် ဗီဒီယိုအဆုံးမှာ DDR2 နဲ့ DDR3 တွေရဲ့ FB pin အလုပ်လုပ်ပုံ (Bonus) အသိပညာလေးပါ ထည့်ပေးထားပါတယ်ဗျာ 💡

Dell N4050 Laptop မှာ Fan မလည်တော့တဲ့ ပြဿနာကို Dagon Computer မှ ဖြေရှင်းထားပုံလေးကို ဗီဒီယို (၂) ခုနဲ့ အသေးစိတ် တင်ဆက်ပေးလိုက်ပါတယ်။

📽️ ဗီဒီယို (၁): Laptop ကို ဖြုတ်ပြီး Fan Controller IC အထိ သေချာစစ်ဆေးကာ 10ohm resistor လေးနဲ့ Bypass လုပ်ပြီး ပြုပြင်ပေးခဲ့တဲ့ လက်တွေ့ Repair ဗီဒီယိုပါ။
📽️ ဗီဒီယို (၂): ဘာကြောင့် ဒီလို Bypass လုပ်ရသလဲဆိုတာကို 3-pin Fan ရဲ့ အလုပ်လုပ်ပုံနဲ့တကွ Schematic Diagram သုံးပြီး ရှင်းပြထားပါတယ်။
