𝟭) 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 (𝟮 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝘁𝘀)
Responsibilities
• Plan and execute campaigns across Facebook/IG/TikTok (incl. basic Meta Ads).
• Coordinate content calendars with Design/Content/Sales teams.
• Manage pages (scheduling, basic community replies).
• Track KPIs and prepare simple weekly/monthly reports.
• Support events/activations and mini-campaigns.

Requirements
• Solid understanding of marketing basics; can write simple EN/MM copies.
• Familiar with Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager (basic level).
• Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
• 1+ year experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome.

𝟮) 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗵𝗶𝗰 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗿 (𝟯 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝘁𝘀)
Responsibilities
• Create social posts/ads/covers/frames following brand guidelines.
• Produce key visuals, layouts, banners, and simple motion when needed.
• Prepare proper exports and maintain editable/source files.
• Deliver on time and collaborate closely with Content/Marketing.

Requirements
• Proficient in Adobe Suite.
• Good sense of typography, spacing, and social visual trends.
• Portfolio required.

𝟯) 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗪𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿 (𝟯 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝘁𝘀)
Responsibilities
• Write captions, ad copies, short/long posts, and scripts (EN/MM).
• Research → brief → draft → edit → publish with consistent brand tone.
• Collaborate on monthly content calendars and ensure timely delivery.
• Proofread and optimize CTAs/hashtags; basic SEO awareness.

Requirements
• Strong Burmese writing; workable English.
• Creative idea generation and trend awareness.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven.

𝟰) 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁 (𝟱 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝘁𝘀)
Responsibilities
• Prospect and qualify leads via phone/chat/meetings; do needs analysis.
• Present LeoX Media packages & NanoPoint solutions (Digital Marketing & POS/ERP).
• Prepare quotations/proposals; manage pipeline and follow-ups.
• Work with the team to achieve monthly targets.

Requirements
• Strong communication & negotiation; customer-first mindset.
• Confident presentations; basic tech/marketing literacy.
• 1–3 years B2B/B2C sales experience preferred.
