To keep up with the trend... 2016 was special. For an editorial illustrator like myself, let's just say Trump's election gave me the opportunity to illustrate a historic moment... where he swept his party away in an improbable but undeniable hair-raising whirlwind. Proof that I was still (and probably a little too) optimistic, I posted a profile picture with a heart and a dandelion of hope. ( I was most probably in deny!) 

The coaster I made for my agent was also in the nostalgic Expos vibe. What can I say, I love Montreal, I was born there and I did my bachelor's degree there... even one of my 2016 profile pictures features my retro Expos cap. I'm a nostalgic person, what can I say? Happy 2026. Let's hold on to a little bit of hope, nostalgia, and dandelions, okay? Vive les Expos!
