i) Dusts, scratches, dents, white deposits on rubber grip, loose or missing rubber parts (Condition will affect the value. If you are too careful about the condition, just buy new).
3) Bonus to used items but doesn't affect the value:

ii) Original Box / Packaging
iii) Original Battery / Charger
iv) Original Manufacturer Warranty
4) Pricing & Additional cost
i) While most item are given free courier charges, some item (usually cheaper item / below RM 1000) requires additional cost for postage.
5) Warranty, Return & Refund
i) Every item is given 3 Days warranty. ii) Item functionality or condition found not as stated is accepted for full refund during the warranty period. iii) Warranty doesn't cover battery life.
