Schneider Electric SCADAPack 334 PCB 24V repair done.
Industrial motherboard used for wireless gateway communication on offshore platform systems.
Issue found: blown fuse, shorted power MOSFET, and shorted capacitor.
Faulty components replaced and board restored back to working condition.

Industrial PCB repair completed for Schneider Electric SCADAPack 324.

This wireless gateway board from an offshore platform had a blown fuse, shorted MOSFET, and failed capacitor.
After troubleshooting and component replacement, the board is working again.

PS4 controller came in with left and right joystick drifting issue.
The analog was moving on its own and affecting gameplay.

Repair done:
• opened and inspected the controller
• replaced the faulty joysticks
• fully tested after repair

The controller is now working properly again.

Xiaomi Wifi Router AX3600
Owner ni kawan lama sama tech dulu. Problem dia signal 5Ghz x muncul n hilang. Bila trace inject power supply n guna thermal cam, ada short n panas bahagian IC 5Ghz QPF4588. Tukar IC, short pun hilang n signal 5Ghz kembali semula.

Another tough case settled.

ASUS TUF Gaming FX517ZE came in totally dead. Laptop baru 2 years++ and the shop told no more warranty and board problem. No power at all. After checking, found no 19V reaching the BQ charging IC — gone inside the layer of board. Traced the line and did a jumper to restore the 19V.

From there, continued with full diagnosis. Reflashed BIOS, reflow and reprogram the EC, and monitored current behavior (initially unstable, stuck low amp). Slowly got response after multiple testing cycles.

Once power sequence came back stable, proceeded to update BIOS properly and test charging + battery. Now the laptop can power on normally and owner ask to install new ssd and windows.

Not every job is straightforward — this one tricky needed patience and step by step tracing. It's really satisfying feeling when it finally comes back alive.

Owner datang hantar Motherboard Speedometer Dashboard utk Toyota Fortuner . Sebab Led light xhidup. So meter jadi gelap. Kes cmni sy layan jakla. Jadi sy check, desolder dan tukar baru electrolytic capacitor atas board. Owner pasang balik dekat kereta dan meter bercahaya kembali. 💡
