Unverified account
- For business purposes.
- You can pay bills through this account.
- You cannot raise invoices through this account.

Verified account
- For business purposes.
- You can pay bills through this account.
- This is the ONLY account type that allows you to raise invoices.
*Note: You must complete the full onboarding procedure, to have a verified account.

Did you know that switching off reminders for specific invoices is only one click away?

If you'd like to stop sending reminders for an invoice, simply follow the steps below:
1. Go to Invoices page and select an invoice.
2. Click on the toggle switch next to Reminders (refer to video).
GREEN = ON
GREY = OFF

The reminder for this specific invoice will be turned off. To turn it back on, simply click on the toggle switch again.
