Our management team recently spent 3 days in Melaka for a leadership training titled "Leading Self Before Others".

The program centered on strengthening trust, communication, and team alignment to support future growth. Beyond classroom sessions, the team participated in a collaborative cooking challenge as a practical exercise in team building. This hands-on experience required high-level coordination and communication to achieve a shared goal.

This focused training served to strengthen overall alignment and the way teams work together.

Last week, we held our annual Ramadan iftar, intertwined with our monthly staff meeting, where we gather for updates and celebrate milestones.

For over 20 years, breaking fast together has been a tradition we’re proud to maintain.
