• มีความเชี่ยวชาญด้านเงินเดือนในประเทศไทย
• ความรู้เชิงลึกเกี่ยวกับการจัดเก็บภาษีเงินเดือนเงินสมทบประกันสังคมข้อกําหนดการรายงานทางกฎหมาย
• ควรมีความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์ความต้องการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับค่าจ้างนําไปใช้กับสถานการณ์ของพนักงานต่างๆและกําหนดการคํานวณที่เหมาะสม
• ความรู้เกี่ยวกับแนวทางปฏิบัติที่ดีที่สุดของเงินเดือนของประเทศไทยและทันสมัยกับข้อกําหนดทางกฎหมาย
• ควรจะสามารถกําหนดรายงานการดําเนินงานและกฎหมายต่างๆตามที่ใช้กับความถี่การจ่ายต่างๆ
• ควรจะสามารถกําหนดข้อกําหนดของข้อมูลเป็นภาษาไทยที่จําเป็นในการประมวลผลเงินเดือนและปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายของประเทศไทย
• ควรจะสามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้
• ระยะเวลาแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้าสั้น ๆ เป็นที่ต้องการ
