To strengthen the Technical Support of our products, to innovate new practices and to promote our product features through online and offline channels.
Automate Technical Support Workflow.
Develop Technical Support SOPs for emerging products or features.
To explore the latest technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning.
- Main Requirements: -
Able to work independently, self-motivated, able to meet timeline and perform well under pressure.
Proficient with social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and Vimeo.
Great communication & people skills;
With computer technical knowledge.
