Job Summary:
IT SKY Solutions is seeking a front desk officer who will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front office operations, ensuring a welcoming environment, and providing administrative support to enhance overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

* Greet and attend to visitors in a professional and friendly manner
* Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
* Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
* Schedule appointments and manage calendars where necessary
* Handle inquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments
* Maintain records, logs, and basic administrative documentation
* Support internal teams with administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

* Minimum of OND/HND
* Proven experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role is an advantage
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
* Professional appearance and positive attitude
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
