Here I am at Youth Empowered on Campus 2026 happening live at FUTA Campus, Oh, what an opportunity.
EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION π₯°. I'll be sharing with you 4 major things I've learnt in this session.
1) I learned the Element of Communication - Clarity, Consciousness, Coherence, Courtesy, Feedback and Active listening
2) The Roles of Active listening - We listen to understand and you must show that you're listening when someone is speaking to you.
3) Digital Communication Etiquettes - Be clear and concise, always think before you hit 'send', and use proper grammar, this is very important.
4) Lastly, most of us have issues with communicating with our customers, why does customer service excellence matter then? - It builds trust, it builds customers loyalty, and it increases words of mouth references.
