How it works:
When you buy an acre from us:
1) You own the farm land and the oil palm immediately after payment is made.
2) The farm will be under our management for as long as you desire. We have this stated in our partnership and contract agreement.
3) You or your representative can visit the farm any time.
4) we have a Whatsapp channel for our clients where we update what's going on on the farm. And we also send updates via email.
5) when the oil palm starts fruiting after 3 years, we will process and sell, while we will remit 80% of the profit to you annually.
6) We will give financial reports to our clients when processing begins after 3 years.
7) our acre of land is 4020 SQM (standard Acre)
You will receive a letter of payment confirmation immediately, while the documents will be processed in 3-5 working days.
The documents are:
1) Deed of sale agreement
2) Partnership and Management contract agreement
3) Survey sketch/layout
4) Receipt of payment.
Our documents can be signed electronically and it can be sent for physical signing.
