We’re Hiring: Business Analyst / IT Project Manager (Full-Time)

Our organization is looking for a skilled and experienced Business Analyst / IT Project Manager to lead requirements gathering, manage end to end IT projects, and ensure seamless alignment between client business requirements and our products and technology solutions.

What You’ll Do:
• Translate business requirements into clear documentation & user stories
• Lead IT project delivery using Agile/Waterfall methodologies
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage timelines
• Analyze processes, identify improvement opportunities & recommend solutions
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams

What You Need:
✓ 3+ years’ experience in BA/PM roles
✓ Strong requirements gathering, process mapping & documentation skills
✓ Experience with Jira, Trello, Asana, or MS Project
✓ Solid understanding of SDLC & Agile methodologies
✓ Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management abilities

Bonus Skills:
• A technical background and familiarity with enterprise systems
• Certification CBAP or PMI PBA
