Until recently, I thought every form of discomforting, painful headache is a migraine. But, then, I was proved wrong.
Generally, there is no episode of headache that is comforting. Rather, they can be unsettling, frustrating and limiting or disruptive.
There are 4 broad types of headache:

Taking short breaks in between work based on the 20-20-20 rule is recommended. By this rule, one is expected to take a 20 seconds break from looking at the screen. During the break, attention should be shifted to an object 20 feet away
Another recommendation is to adjust the glare of the screen and use the right viewing angles at the right distance.
