One of the most important parts of this circuit is the differential input stage, formed by Q1 and Q2.
Q1 receives the input audio signal, while Q2 receives a small portion of the output signal through the feedback path. This allows the amplifier to constantly compare the original input with the actual output.
When there is any difference between them, the circuit treats it as an error and corrects it. This is what helps reduce distortion and makes the output cleaner and more accurate.
After this, the signal goes to Q3, which acts as the voltage amplification stage. Q3 increases the small signal so it becomes strong enough to drive the final output stage.
The last stage is the push-pull output stage, formed by Q4 and Q5. One transistor handles the positive half of the waveform, while the other handles the negative half. Together, they produce the full amplified audio signal with better efficiency than a Class A amplifier.
