Tech is the FUTURE
But here is the problem; 84% of the teachers fear technology widening the gap between affluent and disadvantaged schools (Pew Research Centre, 2013).

Tech4Teen, in collaboration with Oshinojo Adedeji, a National Youth Service Corp Member, Lokoja, Kogi State and Ministry of Education, Science & Technology, will be carrying out Tech4Teen Project in public schools in Lokoja.

Tech4Teen will have a Tech awareness outreach across 9 Public Secondary Schools in Lokoja, Kogi State, to inform and guide their students on Technology tools and organise a training session for 30 students in the selected schools.

On the 26th June 2019, our team moved our tech outreach to Isolo Comprehensive Senior High School, Isolo, Lagos Nigeria.

The student were excited, we discussed how technology can help them achieve their goals in life. Enlightened then about the tech ecosystem and the skills needed.

We can't wait to see these young minds do great things in the future.

A special day indeed! Not only is it our very last outreach for the month of June, it is also the birthday of one of our facilitators! Mr. Akintunde Emiakin Ogundapo.
