💥 A Technician Must Be Willing to Teach💥
A technician who refuses to teach because he is afraid that his trainee may one day become better than him is unknowingly limiting his own legacy. 🔧📱
Knowledge is not like money that becomes smaller when you give it away. The more genuine knowledge you transfer, the greater your impact becomes.
A trainee did not come to your workshop merely to watch you repair phones. He came to learn how you think, how you diagnose faults, how you handle difficult repairs, how you treat customers, and how you conduct yourself as a professional.
But teaching does not mean giving someone everything without discipline. A good technician must teach progressively—from basic principles to advanced techniques, while demanding seriousness, humility and responsibility from the trainee.
And trainees must understand something too: your mentor teaching you does not make you his competitor. If your mentor opens his knowledge to you, appreciate the opportunity. Don't use what you learned to disrespect the person who helped build you.
The greatest technicians are not remembered only for the phones they repaired.
They are remembered for the technicians they raised. 👏🏽
Don't just build a successful repair business. Build people who can carry the knowledge forward when you are no longer there.
That is how a technician becomes a legacy. 🔥
