Greetings to Everyone, Please take things easy oo as fuel is now almost #700 per litre, and put your total trust in God (not man).
The Rate at which People Just die all of a Sudden is becoming alarming.
Most Nigerians know
That we are in a
Period of Frustrations,
Depressions
Confusion
Terror,
Stress,
And the like.
All these increases
The Risk of High Blood Pressure
Which also leads to Heart Failure or Attack
Of course, we expect sudden death,
Which is now Rampant
Please, move away from being provoked easily
By your Children,
Friends,
Colleagues,
Superiors,
Subordinates,
Partners,
Husbands and Wives.
Avoid reacting to things aggressively.
Isolate yourself from Disturbances.
Avoid too much thinking
When there is no Money
Or food at home,
Just stay cool and calm.
If you don't attend that wedding this time because of Aso-ebi, in nine months, you will attend the child naming ceremony. Don't borrow to buy that aso-ebi
Avoid the exchange of words with People
At Home, Markets, Offices, etc.
Always check your BP,
Take your Drugs,
Follow Instructions,
And Exercises.
Go to see your Doctor immediately if you feel changes in your body,
Especially your Chest.
Stay in Peace*
And never fight anyone
Don't be anxious about anything, instead pray without ceasing
Your Health is far better than any worldly thing.
Beware of Transferred Aggression.

You were on God’s wake up list this morning. Rejoice. If that is the only good thing that happens to you today, it is enough! God does not owe you life. You are not better than those who died. Many who slept and did not awake were younger, stronger and wealthier than you. They did not make it. You did. And you want to start squeezing your face because you are single or are not happily married, or someone did not greet you or did not respond well to your greeting, or cut you off in traffic? My friend, you are a recipient of His grace, others were recipients of the grave. Wipe that frown off your face and give God all praise!

Profound 👇🏿
One day a man slaughtered a fat bull and roasted it well, afterwards he told his brother :

" GO OUT AND INVITE OUR FRIENDS AND NEIGHBORS TO COME EAT THE BEEF WITH US."

The brother went out and shouted :
" OH PEOPLE HELP! HELP!!
A FIRE IS CONSUMING OUR HOME!!!"

Soon people came out of their homes but some pretended they didn't hear anything. Those who entered the house found themselves in front of a feast where they ate and drank until they were satsfied.
Later the man turned amazed to his brother, and asked him :

" BUT THOSE WHOM YOU INVITED, I DON'T KNOW THEM NOR HAVE SEEN THEM BEFORE. SO WHERE ARE OUR FRIENDS AND NEIGHBORS WHOM I ASKED YOU TO CALL?"

The brother replied :
" THESE ARE OUR FRIENDS, THE ONES WHO CAME OUT OF THEIR HOMES TO RESCUE US TO PUT OUT THE FIRE IN OUR HOUSE. THEY DIDN'T EVEN EXPECT TO COME FIND FOOD."

LESSON:
Know that those who are only with you when they have a need and ignore you when you need them are not worthy to be considered your friends. LET'S BE OUR BROTHER'S KEEPER IN SPIRIT AND IN DEED.

When you say "sorry" and the person you said it to is still ranting, keep saying "I'm sorry".
Don't say "shebi I've said sorry". It nullifies the first sorry and renders it useless.
It's like you saying your sorry should mend their broken heart, therefore it must be accepted.

The fact you’re saying sorry doesn’t mean the other person would let go almost immediately.
Sorry doesn’t fix everything...
