Deed of Assignment and Deed of Conveyance may look similar, but they are different

Deed Of assignment is the document that transfers the property you bought with your own money legally to you via sales.
Deed of assignment is given when land transfer is between one person to another person via sales.
Individual to individual
Person to person
Man to man
And it must be prepared by a Lawyer
Pls don't allow the seller's lawyer to prepare it for you, always get your own lawyer to do that.

Now let's talk about Deed of Conveyance
This is the document that transfers the Land to you legally if the Land was Gifted to you or you got it via Mortgage Bank or some special kind of R£al Estate Transaction that allows you to be paying small small or pay completely
Example, when you buy a Land or full house from a Mortgage Bank
You know say no be say na one individual or person sell am to you.
The mortgage bank na Organisation, so for that reason na Deed of Conveyance dem go give you
Or if them transfer the property to you as Gift.
