Today we gathered at the Nnewi campus for the Nnewi Tech Meetup and the energy was nothing short of extraordinary. From the first session to the last conversation, what we witnessed was proof that the Ndi Igbo tech community is not a dream but a reality unfolding before our eyes. The hall was filled with young builders, seasoned professionals, and curious minds all hungry to learn and connect.

Our speakers delivered powerful sessions that challenged the way we think about technology and our place in it. From artificial intelligence to software engineering to digital entrepreneurship, every conversation pointed in one direction: Ndi Igbo are ready to lead the future. The questions from the audience showed depth of thinking and a hunger that cannot be taught.

We want to thank every single person who showed up today. You chose to be part of something bigger than yourself. You chose to invest your Saturday in building a future where our people are not just consumers but creators of technology. The Nnewi Tech Faculty is your home and this is only the beginning.

TOMORROW at 10am prompt. The Nnewi Tech Meetup is finally here.

Ndi Igbo, what we have built together is bigger than any one of us. Since we first announced this gathering, the response has confirmed what we already knew. Our people are ready to take charge of the technology future. Tomorrow, we meet at the Nnewi Tech Faculty premises. Come with your laptop, your notepad, and your boldest ideas. Parking is available at the faculty compound and along the adjacent streets. We begin sharply at 10am, and there will be no waiting for latecomers.

This is the final push. The final call. Tomorrow we demonstrate that the South East is not just consuming technology but building it. The Future Ready AI Program will also be unveiled, our commitment to ensuring every Ndi Igbo professional is equipped for the AI economy. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned developer, there is a place for you tomorrow.

This Saturday the Nnewi Tech Faculty hosts its landmark community meetup and the energy is palpable across Anambra State. From 10am at our Nnewi campus facility, we will convene for an afternoon of practical demonstrations, peer learning, and strategic conversations about where our community is headed in the digital economy. Parking is available on site and we kick off promptly so arrive early to settle in. The agenda covers real demonstrations of tools our members are building right here in Anambra, from ecommerce platforms to logistics solutions that serve the Onitsha market corridor.

We stand at a unique inflection point for Ndi Igbo. Our people have always been natural entrepreneurs, traders, and problem solvers. The question before us now is whether we will participate in the technology economy primarily as consumers or as builders. Every week I see more young Igbo engineers launching products, writing code, and solving problems that originate from our own experience. The Nnewi Tech Faculty exists to accelerate that transition and this Saturday is a milestone in that journey.

Nnewi Tech Faculty extends that manufacturing spirit into the digital realm where we are producing software engineers, data scientists, and technology entrepreneurs.

I have often said that the next Innoson will not just assemble vehicles but will build artificial intelligence systems that power global industries. That company will be founded by a young Nnewi son or daughter who trained right here in this city. We are building the pipeline for that future right now.

Our curriculum is designed for the Igbo mindset. We teach you to identify problems, build solutions, and create value. Every student leaves with a portfolio of real projects, not just certificates. That is the Nnewi way.

Nnewi has always held a special place in my heart. Known across Nigeria as a hub of industry and manufacturing it represents the spirit of enterprise that defines our people. When we decided to open our campus here we knew we were planting seeds in fertile ground and the growth we have seen confirms that decision.

Our ongoing conversations with the Nnewi Business and Technology Initiative have opened my eyes to something important. The gap between traditional industry and modern technology is not as wide as many assume. In fact the manufacturers and industrialists of Nnewi are already adopting smart systems and automation in ways that surprise even seasoned tech professionals. Our role is to accelerate this transition by training the workforce that will drive it.

I believe deeply that the next industrial revolution will be powered by artificial intelligence and I want Ndi Igbo to lead it. We are building a generation of engineers and problem solvers who understand both the hardware and the software. The Nnewi campus is our commitment to this vision and every student who walks through our doors becomes part of that story.
