RECRUITMENT OF TEACHING AND NON-TEACHING STAFF INTO PUBLIC PRIMARY SCHOOLS IN THE STATE
The Cross River State Executive Council (EXCO) has approved the recruitment of Teaching and Non-teaching staff into the State Public Primary Schools. To this end, the State Universal Basic Education Board is inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill in the Teaching and Non-teaching staff positions in Public Primary Schools across the state.
Candidates applying for teaching positions must have a minimum of NCE and must be registered with TRCN. Relevant teaching experience in a recognized school will be an advantage. Applicants must not be more than 40 years, and should have good communication skills in both written and spoken English language. Proficiency or literacy in computer shall be an added advantage.
Interested candidates are to apply online at https://recruitment.crsubeb.com. Online registration commences on Tuesday 22nd November, 2022 and closes on 27th November, 2022. There shall be no extension of date.
Shortlisted applicants for teaching positions will be subjected to a written test and oral interview to be conducted by a highly technical panel to be headed by the Executive Chairman, SUBEB to determine candidate’s mastery of subject content knowledge, pedagogical skills, ability to communicate effectively and teacher professional competency.
Successful candidates will be expected to present their original certificates which shall be forwarded to the issuing Institutions for verification and confirmation before issuance
of letters of Appointment. Only candidates who meet the requirements stated above should apply as there shall be no opportunity for waivers.
Applicants are hereby advised to be wary of fraudsters who may want to exploit this avenue to extort money from very anxious and unsuspecting candidates. The Recruitment is absolutely free! The general public is by this notice informed that the Board is not charging any fee for the recruitment exercise. Members of the public should be guided accordingly.
