🚀 The Fastest Path to Growth? Talk to Users.
When I started building products, I used to spend months designing features based on what I felt was important.
I built what I thought users should want…
…but users didn’t care.
Because I never asked.
The biggest shift in my founder journey came when I decided to shut up and listen.
Here’s what I learned after talking to real customers 👇
✅ They don’t speak in “features”…
They speak in frustrations.
✅ They don’t want software…
They want solutions.
✅ They don’t care about your innovation…
They care about their results.
Talking to users doesn’t just guide what to build —
it shows you what not to build.
And that clarity saves you money, time, and heartbreak.
Every conversation is insight.
Every complaint is direction.
Every “No” is growth.
Since then, I’ve made it a habit:
👉 Before I write a single line of code, I talk to at least 5–10 real users.
👉 Before I launch a product, I test it with the exact audience it’s built for.
👉 Before I scale, I ask: “Are we solving the right problem?”
Because growth doesn’t start with features — it starts with people.
The smartest founders don’t guess.
They ask.
They listen.
They iterate.
And they grow.
