These are the words 👆🏼I spoke to our manager today when she actually walked over to my desk earlier, excited because she realized the much work we had on our plates this year are all completed faster than we used to last year, yet our clients are still very happy than ever. She said, “I don’t get it. How are you able to deliver these projects so fast without burning out?”
I didn’t give her a long, complex lecture. I just turned my laptop around and showed her the actual AI tools we’re using to shave hours off our daily workload.
She looked at the screen, then at me, and said, “ You need to teach me this so it can make all these tasks you gave me easier & effective and as well teach this to people who may need it”
So now, we aren’t gatekeeping anymore.
