The rate at which young people are suffering from Kidney disease is alarming. I am sharing a post which can help us.

SO HERE ARE THE TOP 6 CAUSE OF KIDNEY DISEASE:

1. Delaying going to a toilet. Keeping your urine in your bladder for too long is a bad idea. A full bladder can cause bladder damage. The urine that stays in the bladder multiplies bacteria quickly. Once the urine refluxes back to the ureter and kidneys, the toxic substances can result in kidney infections, then urinary tract infections, and then nephritis, and even uremia. When nature calls – do it as soon as possible.

2. Eating too much salt. You should eat no more than 5.8 grams of salt daily.

3. Eating too much meat. Too much protein in your diet is harmful for your kidneys. Protein digestion produces ammonia – a toxn that is very destructive to your kidneys. More meat equals more kidney damage.

4. Drinking too much caffeine. Caffeine is a component of many sodas and soft drinks. It raises your blood pressure and your kidneys start suffering. So you should cut down the amount of coke you drink daily.

5. Not drinking water. Our kidneys should be hydrated properly to perform their functions well. If we don’t drink enough, the toxins can start accumulating in the blood, as there isn’t enough fluid to drain them through the kidneys. Drink more than 10 glasses of water daily. There is an easy way to check if you are drinking
enough water: look at the colour of your urine; the lighter the colour, the better.

6. Late treatment . Treat all your health problems properly and have your health checked regularly. Let's help ourselves...God will protect you and your family from every disease this year.

TRUE LIFE STORY
My Sister and I lost our parents at the age of 4-5years through CAR
ACCIDENT.
After our parents death my wicked uncle and his wife inherited all my
parent's property since we were young and promised to cater for us.
Few days later things became worst ..we stopped schooling since he
refused to pay our fees .
They mistreat US..living with them was like a hell.
I couldn't bear to see myself and sis suffering..one night I pack out
and run away from home with my sis to begin life on the street.
We became beggars on the street ..slept at filthy place .our clothes
looks very dirty.
Life was so unfair to us but we had no choice.
Fortunately one afternoon we were begging on the street when one
woman in a car ..asked me..
'Where are your parents??'..I started crying bitterly and I humbly told
her my story.
She felt my pain and told me I shouldn't worry she will help US..soon
everything will be well again .
Few days she came around and took us to her home..I was happy but
sad because she's a total stranger to us.
She told us she's got no children so she want to adopt us...we got
excited..at last our suffering will end.
She gave us good education and treated us so well.
Now my SISTER is a DOCTOR and I'm an ENGINEER.
Today your life can change to just believe and trust in GOD.

How to create the ultimate business startup checklist

Starting a business can be a daunting and even overwhelming task. Fortunately, there have been millions of businesses that have gone before us and they have left a trail of “breadcrumbs!”

I know quite a few people who have started businesses and I have worked with a few startup companies over the last 10 years and I have learned that:

No matter how similar two businesses may look, they are all different with very different and very real challenges.
Every business owner has unique experiences and a unique worldview and this dramatically impacts their startup strategy.
Every business owner has different levels of risk tolerance and this dramatically impacts their startup strategy.

But, the one common element shared by everyone I know who has started a business is that they wish they would have “known that” when they started.

“That” is different for each person and this is where a Business Start Up Checklist can provide some value.

I have created a business startup checklist that you can download from my website. Although this checklist is quite long and touches on many different aspects of a business, it is by no means all-inclusive or complete.

A business startup checklist cannot be all inclusive because:

Every business is different
Every market and industry is different
Every jurisdiction has different rules and laws
Every owner has different expectations and goals
Every owner is starting from a different point

Consequently, this checklist is best used as a starting point for a new business. Take the list and customize it for your startup.
