Well you guys know I’ve been doing this kinda thing for the past 20years. Probably started with my band making videos and then wine but always enjoying the story behind the events that took place.
This is the first studio I’ve built in Costa Rica but after building over six in Nicaragua this one was the fastest, cheapest and the quickest to come together.
It’s really all about the person I get to work with that makes it happen. Pepe Lopez is a natural and it’s absolutely no work to get it going!
We will work together for the next 30 days to produce and share as many realestate opportunities as we can find.
I hope after all my attempts to figure out financial freedom that I’m right in rental income in Costa Rica as the fastest path to financial freedom.
The more I learn the more I have to learn. It now seems that the property managment is the most risk so the idea to place both a long term and a short term rental asset on the same property could be the solution. The long term renters becomes the property manager for the short term asset and shares in the profits by earning rent reductions. It’s a means to provide the security of long term rental income while enjoying short term when the market demands. Then repeat!
