Here's how to fix poor ad performance:

When troubleshooting poor ad performance, the first metric to look at is impressions. If you're not getting enough impressions, there's likely something wrong with ad delivery, target audience or budget. Some questions to ask yourself:

❔Has your ad been disapproved by Facebook or Google? If so… why?
❔Is your ad budget sufficient? If too low, you might be outcompeted…
❔Are you target audience too narrow? If yes, it might be difficult to spend your budget…
❔Are your location and demographic settings accurate?

A few lessons from Solveig Onstad's successful gym franchise expansion:

Solveig Onstad, the owner behind a fast-growing gym franchise in Norway (http://Feelgoodsenter.no), has successfully expanded into 4 new locations in less than 15 months.

One of her key strategies that led to this success is her advertising campaign strategy…

She uses two different campaigns to generate leads and build hype around her new locations: the "Opening" or "Launch" campaign and the "Don't miss out" or "Remarketing" campaign.

The "Opening" campaign is launched several weeks before the new studio opens, creating a sense of urgency to join the gym before it fills up. This strategy led to a high number of leads who book their first free session, even before the studio has opened. And once Solveig has a lead on the inside, her closing rate is a whopping 80-90%.

The "Don't miss out" campaign retargets those who initially visited the website but didn't convert, maintaining the momentum and encouraging them to sign up for membership.
