"New Momentum: Aerial & Ground Operational Department – Karma Digi Tech Pvt. Ltd."
Karma Digi Tech Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary of the Karma Group of Companies and the dedicated Nepal partner of XAG Co., Ltd., China (a world-leading agricultural robotics company), has appointed two highly competitive Assistant Operations Managers: Mr. Rajal Baral and Mr. Nishesh Bista. Both Assistant Managers bring over three years of hands-on experience in drone assembly, customization, troubleshooting, and flight operations, gained at the Department of Drones, National Innovation Centre (NIC Nepal), Kathmandu. Mr. Bista served as an Aeronautical Research Engineer, while Mr. Baral worked as an Electronics and Communication Engineer at NIC Nepal. In line with their new roles, both appointees will participate in an intensive training program organized by XAG Co. for the South Asia Drone Team in Bangkok, Thailand. Karma Digi Tech will soon introduce the, XAG P60 & XAG P150 Max agricultural drones, and the XAG R200 Agricultural Rover into Nepal's agricultural production systems. These advanced robotics solutions aim to address the critical shortage of skilled agricultural labor resulting from rural out-migration, attract youths to the agriculture production system, and bring efficiency and precision in application of agriculture inputs.

Farmers of Geruwa Rural Municipality-6, Belbhariya, Bardiya look happy today after observing a clean and unbroken wheat grain harvested from LOVOL combine harvester during the demonstration. The demonstration trial was soon conducted after the handover to the Chairman of Sita Krisak Samuha and Dev Thana Krisak Samuha of Bardiya. The easy-to-handle LOVOL combine harvester is expected to gain popularity soon due to its efficiency.

Ltd. handover the LOVOL combine harvester key to Mr. Bishnu Prasad Chaudhary of Rajapur Municipality- 6, Manpur Tapara, Bardiya. The signing ceremony between Karma Digi Tech Pvt. Ltd., Nepal, and the Jiangsu Changfa Agricultural Equipment Co. Ltd., China for the Authorized Dealership of Half Feed Combine Harvester was organized in the presence of the Managing Director of Karma Digi Tech Pvt. Ltd., Nepal, Mr. Suresh Gurung, and the Regional Director, of the Overseas Department of Jiangsu Changfa Agricultural Equipment Co. Ltd., China, Mr. Dylan in Bangkok, Thailand. Soon, Karma Digi Tech will be introducing Half Feed Combine Harvester CF-608 in Nepal. Due to the high value of rice straw, Karma Digi Tech is sentiment to introduce Half Feed Combine Harvester. From today, Karma Digi Tech Pvt. Ltd. is organizing a four days (16-19 March 2023) exposure visit to ACI Motors Ltd. (LOVOL dealer for Combine Harvester in Bangladesh) and Banglamark (LOVOL dealer for Agriculture Tractor in Bangladesh). Eight proactive dealers of Karma Digi Tech are participating the visit program together with other delegates from Karma Digi Tech. The visit program will include field demonstration on LOVOL agriculture tractors and combine harvester, meeting with sales and service team, management team and customers. This exposure visit is intended to motivate proactive dealers of Karma Digi Tech and exchange of knowledge on sales and service strategies to facilitate and promote agriculture mechanization in Nepal. The interaction program with the customers/farmers in Bangladesh during the visit will facilitate to gain trust on LOVOL heavy equipment for Agriculture purpose. Karma Digi Tech would like to highly acknowledge and appreciate the whole LOVOL team in Bangladesh for assisting this exposure visit. “We work together, we make impossible things possible.” NOTE: Bangladesh is an emerging country with fast increasing per capita income due to improvement in the agricultural system and practices.

A high-level meeting was held at the Karma Group of Companies Corporate Office, Sitapaila between Chairman Mr. Suresh Gurung, Head of Sale and Marketing Department of Karma Digi Tech Pvt. Ltd. Mr. Dinesh Niraula, General Manager of (Overseas Marketing Company) of Weichai Lovol Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. Mr. Ding Liming and Director of Combine Harvester Department (Overseas Marketing Company) of Weichai Lovol Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. Mr. Chuck Shi from China. The meeting was focused on Lovol Combine Harvester and Tractor marketing strategy in Nepal to introduce International Standard machinery from land preparation to harvest and automate heavy duty in the farmers’ fields of Nepal. During the meeting, after-sales service, timely availability of spare parts, training, and demonstration were mainly discussed.
