🎙️ Wednesday Wisdom | Ep. 8

By Research Supervisor Ms. Shrima Chudal

Mental health conditions are recognized as disabilities under Nepal’s Act Relating to Rights of Persons with Disabilities, 2074 (2017). Every individual has the right to respectful, accessible, and dignified healthcare.

Free medical treatment can be received at government hospitals, and most importantly, consent matters. Treatment should always be done with you, not for you.

Mental health care is a right, not a privilege. 💙

Wednesday Wisdom Ep. 06 🎙️

Research Intern Ishan Maharjan shares a mind-bending fact: all the data on the internet, every email, website, message, and video is estimated to weigh around 50 grams, about the weight of a strawberry 🍓

But beyond the science lies a deeper reminder:
Information may have little physical weight, yet mentally it can feel overwhelming.

In a world full of constant notifications, endless scrolling, and nonstop content, choose carefully what you carry in your mind.

So the next time you feel buried in information, remember the strawberry.
