Aawas Solutions began with frustration, something many people in Nepal know all too well. Endless phone calls, unreliable listings, high broker fees, and still no place that truly felt right to call home. Our founders and developers lived through this themselves, not once but repeatedly. Finding a rental wasn’t just difficult, it was exhausting and unfair. For nearly a year, we observed, listened,

and experienced the rental journey firsthand. We saw how tenants were forced to pay high broker charges without guarantees, and how property owners struggled to find tenants who respected their space and met their expectations. Both sides were searching, but rarely finding what they truly needed. In 2025, driven by these shared struggles, Aawas Solutions was born. We didn’t want to create just another property listing platform. We wanted to build something honest. A place where people could connect directly, without middlemen, without hidden costs, and without stress. Today, Aawas Solutions stands as Nepal’s first broker-less rental platform, designed to bring transparency and trust back into renting. From students searching for a small room, to families looking for a home, to owners wanting the right tenant—we exist to make those connections meaningful and fair. This is only the beginning of our journey. As Nepal grows, so do we. And with every step forward, we remain committed to one belief:
finding a place to live should feel hopeful—not overwhelming.
