Throughout her mentorship journey, Dinisha worked closely with her mentor, Shrikanth Kakulapati, where he strengthened her communication skills, built greater confidence, and gained clearer direction for her career path. Reflecting on the experience, she shared that it was a truly meaningful journey connecting with her supportive and inspiring mentor through the Global Mentorship Initiative (GMI). She expressed sincere gratitude to GMI and National Innovation Centre for creating such a valuable platform and providing an enriching learning experience. As the mentorship chapter concludes, she feels proud of the personal and professional growth she has achieved and carries a deep sense of happiness and fulfillment. She also mentioned that she will genuinely miss learning from her mentor’s knowledge and guidance. 🌱
